LSG began with me as a parent trying to assist my children in becoming collegiate athletes. Accomplishing this led me to think, "Can I duplicate this with other athletes?".
The LSG concept was born!

We develop the athlete using technology. The technology will provide data that will allow us to assess the athlete's abilities. From this data, we create a game plan for development to help the athlete achieve their goals.

We teach the athlete how to use the data to perform at their best, allowing  ''The Complete Athlete” to emerge.
